Abstract

Agriculture is the core base of human survival for it provides food to the living beings. Most of our economic needs of any nation are dependent upon the agricultural production. Due to the importance of food, Women have always been engaged in agricultural activities along with their male fellows in the fields. During the life time of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) were also popular. It is now very common in rural societies of Pakistan that women assist their Father, husband, Brother and son working in this regard. They were supposed to have respect, honour and social equity but it could not appear on real scene. They have been found facing a number of swear problems and despite putting their best, no attention has yet been paid to them. Inequality in wages, unavailability of agricultural resources, harassment from landlords, deprival from possession of agricultural property and many other issues are such ones.  The issue can be sorted out by the taking guideline from the role model of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). This paper aims to spread light on this aspect and to present practicable solutions so it can be tackled with best possible outcomes.
