Equivalence, permissibility and leniency with Non- Muslims on socio- economic interactions a point view of Hanafi Jurisprudence

Abstract

Islam is such a unique and universal Religion that permits every creed of Global to enjoy the freedom of their religion, this is a religion which is for all, free of religious Boundaries allowing each of the theology bent of minds, school of thoughts and people around the Global Village. It tends to shower such a leniency, flexibility, authority for the basic needs of common people in common belonging different communities, Religions, etc. this is beauty of Islam who cares especially for non-Muslims as to fulfil their Fundamental rights of their religion and socio-economic concernments. Islamic Law enjoy benefits that leave good, positive effect on natures of human being. In this regard Hanafi Jurisprudence is one of thorough, extensive, broadened and vast Implemented Fiqh out of famous Schools of Islamic Laws that lights upon long life as well as effective laws for different Schools, where each person belong to different spheres and fields. In this paper tried to discuss at length through laws of Hanafi Jurisprudence that non-Muslim have a great sense of leniency, equality protection favors and flexibility in different walks of life at the wake of social dealings and Economic interactions.
